Accountability Qutestions: 1. Today I am ordering $1000+ to build my inventory. 2. Today, I went out of my comfort zone and hung up posters around the neighborhood for an open house event this evening. 3.What I could have done to make this better was to go door to door and pass out fliers and introduce myself.
Lori Tihanyi (havtlaff): Accountability Question: 1. Today I have reviewed the New Consultant Video #1 and will later do #2 to get me closer to my goal. 2. I am taking my appnt. book with me to my daughter's soccer game this morning to talk to at least 3 friends about Mary Kay and invite them to my debut.
Accountability Questions: 1. I made 10 phone calls to potential hostesses and Followed up with 2 customers 2. squeezing a few extra things into my too busy day was out of my comfort zone because I'll usually put it off until later 3. Could have brought samples and catalogs to a family event we attended today
I was out of town all day so today was not optimal in working my business. I did, however, talk to the people I was with about Mary Kay and what it means to me...what I hope to get out of it, etc. That was outside of my comfort zone because of who I was with and I don't like people to feel like I'm pushing something on them. She agreed to take a catalog though and talk to some people she knows. I could have asked her to book a party and I can still go back and do that. I also could've sent an email/text to some existing clients. I anticipate tomorrow being a much more productive day.
Accountability Questions~ 1) Today, I followed up on PCP customers that I haven't talked to for awhild for reorders. Sold approx $290. 2) This was out of my comfort zone because I have ben procrastinating my follow up. In the past, I would just wait for them to call me! 3) I could have gotten out of bed earlier so I could make my calls in the morning instead of the afternoon! I probably would have reached a few more people.
(Tracy Sanchez) I tried to do this last night, but just couldn't figure it out, I swear!
1. I sent out some emails & made calls to current customers and former hostesses to see about booking them for October. I also made some re-order calls.
2. I made phone calls which was out of my comfort zone. I like to hide behind email/texting!
3. I wish I would have stepped out of my comfort zone more and used the phone to my advantage. I know I would be more successful with bookings and re-orders if I would use the phone more!
(Tammy Civello).....Today Sunday is my "Turn Off MK Day"........but, I wanted to get my points for posting Sat-Monday. :) Sorry, Lia I know you said Turn off Completely....LOL Shutting down now.
Yesterday...I had issues figuring out how to blog so now that I got it I will do Saturdays, and Sundays. Saturday: (1) I shared the opportunity today with a girl that is extremely intersted in joining. Her plans are to join at the end of the week. (2) I went out of my comfortzone when I talked with an older Granite Bay lady about the Mary Kay opportunity. (3) I could have pre-profiled my classes better so that I would have held more this weekend...bad girl Emily!!! :)
Accounability for Saturday. 1. Today I posted my specials on facebook 2. I gave a look book to a girl I have never met. 3. I should of got her information to followup. Accountability for Sunday. 1.Today I took a look book and samples to a new person who registered on my website. 2. Today I book a share appointment with a friend I think who would be perfect, but who has bee saying no for the last month. 3. I really wanted to get contact information from lady in the grocery store but I was scared that I was going to scare her away I didnt ask.
(Tracy Sanchez) Today I got on the phone and made reorder & booking calls! Huge for me to get over my phone fear and make calls. That got me closer to my goal and it got me out of my comfort zone. As for what I could have done differently, I could have utilized my travel time in the car to make more phone calls.
1) Today I booked 2 Before and After Appointments, my goal is to have 5 a week and my goal was to book 2 today. :-)
2) I approached someone at church about a Before and After and whipped out my calendar. I always feel slightly awkward doing "business" at church, but I saw it as my chance to actually nail down a date, so I went for it.
3) I probably should have kept trying to book appointments instead of stopping once I reached my two.
Accountability Questions 1. I am doing a sale of some inventory to make way for holiday products. 2. For the most part I did not do anything that was out of my comfort zone for my business. However, I did give a deadline for receiving a guestlist, which I felt that I might have been too demanding but the lady sent the guestlist right away. 3. I could have made more calls to schedule parties with old hostesses and customers.
Today I went to church with my daughter and made a delivery and that was pretty much all I did toward my business.
In making arrangements for this delivery, we agreed at about 10:30 am or so and I was to call her. I did and she did not answer and voicemail was not taking messages so I still decided to stop by and make her delivery. Normally, I would have just given up and waited til another day. Luckily, I did not offend her either!!
Sunday is my day for church, spend day with daughter to go out for breakfast, movie, mall.
Accountability questions: 1. I sold product and booked classes. I got people close to me excited about my goals. 2. Most things I do are outside of my comfort zone. I asked someone close to me to hold a party. She also reordered a large amount and is taking a catalog to friends. 3. I could've contacted more people and tried to book more classes. I could've focused more on my overall plan to help accomplish/exceed my goals.
It's still today if I haven't gone to bed, right? 1) Today, I changed my status on facebook to include virtual makeovers. I sent a special facebook note out to the cousins and 2nd cousins on my mom's brother's side of the family (total 21) tagging them and offering them a facial in a bag to help me meet my 100 faces by Christmas. I also prepared 18 of the older look cards to donate to a mother/daughter youth activity the church is having this week. My name and #is on all, and I will be there to help out on Wednsday. Scheduled an appt. for tomorrow to sell a gift card for a customer's daughter's birthday. 2) I have been procrastinating contacting all my cousins, so I'd say that was out of my comfort zone. 3) I probably wouldn't have done anything differently since I try not to work on the Lord's day... And I would have done my stuff earlier so I'm not blogging so late!
(Tammy Civello)....Today was a very productive day for me. I am creating my Holiday Letter to all my friends, family and customers offering my services for the Holiday Season. I stepped outside my comfort zone and asked my best friend one last time to help me out with a share and she finally said "Yes" I Bribbed her and told her I would watch her kids for a night so her hubby and her could have a date night and she said yes.....hey whatever works. I felt pretty productive today, but I guess I could have gotten started a little earlier today, so tomorrow it will be 7am instead of 8am.
I am a little frustrated in trying to figure out this "blog" thing :( wish we had instructions, then I would have blogged my progress for Sat & Sun...I am very sad Accountability..... 1) Today I spoke with 3 women at my workplace about MK 2) This is outside my comfort zone!! I have no problem talking to women I don't know or anywhere but my work....probably because I am a Cafeteria Manager at a School and I am a little embarrassed of saying I'm a MK Beauty Consultant while wearing an Apron or dishing dishes :( 3) Having Momentum...I have been on the phone now booking facials AND a party, but I need to stop to go to my Success meeting---probably should of did more calls yesterday.
1) Today I encouraged an inactive team member to strive to place a minimum order by the end of the month before she loses her team members. I gave her a few new look book & my new product for the day to take to her J.O.B...she's $6 away! 2)Got started on my PCP calls...follow up HAS BEEN a hang up of mine:) 3)I could have been more prepared when naptime came & gotten more calls/sales/bookings!
(Tracy Sanchez) Today was a productive day for me. I was able to get some reorders and book a few classes. I also decided to host my own Color Insider which I am excited about! Getting on the phone is always out of my comfort zone, but it definitely gets easier the more you do it! I don't feel like I could have done anything differently. It's frustrating not meeting my goals, but knowing that I did my very best helps me not feel defeated!
I mailed my invites to my launch party. Ordered a small amount of product for the holiday. I took a basket to my eye appointment and asked if they would like to look at the holiday specials while I was being seen by the Dr. The receptionist said they couldn't do that. My first big no, (got that first no out of the way) That was out of my comfort zone. I try not to do MK on the Lord's day. I should have made more calls and follow up with some leads. I completed about 5 things on my list of 9 for the 3 days.
Accountability: 1. Called PCP customer, met cusotmer for return of creme to powder foundation, talked to customer about reorders at the gym. 2. Tried to go outside my comfort zone ... didn't happen. 3. Need to work harder on taking warm chatter to the next level of getting contact info. Hannelore Evans
1. Today I talked to some co-workers about our holiday line & sent them a copy of our fall gift giude. 2. I called to coach my hostess & followed up on the on the guest list. This is something I am trying to improve upon, so yes it is out of my comfort zone. 3. I could have looked at dates with my co-workers to book some Holiday Coffee appts & got them on my books. ~Dee Johnson
Today was a really bad day for me. Nothing seemed to gel and I would try to get going on my 3 top ipa's to do today. Now that I think of it, I did follow up on getting a guest list, yeeaa. She just gave me address with no phone #'s and no e-mails (hahaha) I guess I learned that sometimes you don't have total control because the harder I tried, things just went nowhere fast. Thank goodness I can just dust myself off and try again!
1)Today, I got replies from 3 distant cousins and pre profiled them for the facial in a bag and asked them for referrals. Rescheduled 2 appts, and met with a client for her daughter's birthday gift bag! I also started a new J.O.B. so was very tired by 5pm. 2)Went to unit meeting even though I really wanted to relax on the couch and read a book or take a nap. 3) I wasn't able to fit in any PCP phone calls. Will do more tomorrow.
1. Booked 2 parties 2. Called a friend to host a party 3. Given my card and got the information of the three ladies that were having SO much fun in Target. LOL!
Wow....momentum is going now!! Accountability.... 1) Today I called about 30 customers to check on them and I already have $300 in sales!! Whoo Hoo!! 2) What I did outside my comfort zone was to call 2 people that have told me "no" many times and invited them to Lily's debut and they both said "YES"!!! 3) I think I was very productive today....it could have been better if I recruited someone....maybe tomorrow ;)
Tuesday: (1) I worked with my recruits and booked a party. (2) I called several clients that have never bought anything and sent them my yearly sales calendar and look book. (3) I could have worked harder at promoting a sale for that day.
Had major computer issues so I had to post today (Wed) for Tues and Wed.
Tuesday placed phone call for 3 hours looking for the booking that I needed. Finally got 3 bookings after a bizillion no's. Attended my unit meeting with a week of $425.00 in Sales...whooo hooo. Left another message for my recruit to place order. (2) Was challenged by myself to make this my best month ever and was very hard on myself when I did not get that return phone call from my recruit. (3) I need to not be so hard on myself....life happens and she will call when she is ready.
Wednesday: Finishing Month end very strong, recruit placed her order today to OFFICIALLY but me in my RED JACKET as Team Leader. I also signed one additional team member to make that #4. One more to go then off to Car qualification. Having the Best day ever. (2) Practiing my 8pt close tonight with my partners and really stepping out of my comfort zone as I never really had the close down (3) Should have not waited so long learning and committing myself to pacesetters and it will never happen again. :) ~Tammy Civello
1st I want to say... Congrats to Tammy on earning her Red Jacket!!! Whoo hoo... you're Red Hot Baby!! ;-)
Now for my pacesetters: 1.Met with my Awesome Power Partners tonight to go over the 8pt close & made booking calls. 2.Stepped out of my comfort zone & called a lady I have been trying to book for a year & she agreed to book for Oct & Breast Cancer Awareness. Yeah!! 3.Could have started booking earlier in the day to get a hold of more people. So I will talk to more people, earlier tomorrow & get October booked!
1. I followed up with some customers that I've been meaning to call and made some sales. 2. I gave out two silent hostess packets 3. I should have made some booking calls in the am because my day got away from me and I had some other priorities in the pm.
1. I made follow up calls and called to book a class with someone. 2. I took my mk bag into the mall with me. Last time I tried to take my mk bag into the mall, I chickened out. 3. I could have talked to people while I was out running errands today. I am going to do that tomorrow. This will definitely take me out of my comfort zone.
Thursday is my day to take a break from Mary Kay, but I did post the new Team Building Promo on Facebook. I will make phone calls tomorrow to book sharing appts.
1. Worked the ENTIRE DAY TODAY Making phone calls offering the opportunity to everyone that I can think of with the new promotion.
2. Had my BEST DAY EVER MY ENTIRE CAREER....Signed 2 new team members today. 2 in one day. Per my director was the first in our unit to have new team members today with the new promotion. Very Excited. I am excited about the possibility that I could go from Sr. Consultant to Team Leader in 2 days. 3. Probably should have taken a few breaks today, because I did not cook dinner for hubby, but oh well he totally understood.
1. Made follow up calls this evening.Tried to get a silent hostess. 2. These calls are a little awkward since I haven't talked to some of these ladies for awhile. 3. I could have started calling in the early afternoon and maybe reached some people.
Accountability..... 1) Today I talked to 3 women and got their names and numbers, one is even coming over this Saturday!! 2) Today I seemed like every woman I seen I talked about MK, a little out of my comfort zone, kinda felt like weird. 3) I would have gotten on the phone, but I had a tone of errands to do since I put them off the last few days.
1. I sent the $50 October special to join MK flyer to all of my customers and made 10 booking calls 2. I didn't really do anything out of my comfort zone today 3. I should have made some follow up calls
(Tracy Sanchez) 1. Got two silent hostess packets out, after 6 calls! I also posted the $50 promotion on my Facebook page. 2. Suiting up in my MK attire to take my kids to gymnastics or school was definitely out of my comfort zone, but was proud that I did it! 3. I definitely could have gotten on the phone more to make follow up booking calls. Good thing today is a new day!
Jessica Castillo 1. Booked 2 more parties. Woo hoo! 2. I wore my MK pin to work today. (Gasp!) 3. I was supposed to make a couple calls today, unfortunatly, this will have to wait till tomorrow. =)
1. I got many new contacts by working at the auburn home show 2. I solicited my business to every woman who walked by (scary for me) 3. I should have gone to the pacesetter class but I didn't get out of the home show until after 7:00, hadn't had dinner and had a million things to do before I leave for the weekend. I know I missed out on some valuable information and I was pretty torn over my decision. Moving on...
This was my day off from Mary Kay until 5:15 when we left for our AMAZING Pacesetter class.
WOW!! What AMAZING INFORMATION!!! It is still technically Friday, so I followed through with all my postings this week. Looking forward to Voucher #3 and beating my Best Week Ever.
(Tracy Sanchez) I have BIG goals for October and although I am nervous about them, I am also excited about the opportunities accomplishing them will bring. My first goal is to get back into car qualification. I plan on doing that by adding new team members and holding 10 classes in October (my second big goal)! I am going to do that with some blitz weekends both here and in the Bay Area. By holding 10 classes, I plan on getting lots of 2nd appts. & scheduling lots of interviews, building my team to earn that car! Super excited!
In October, I will put the product on 40 faces. To accomplish this, I am hosting a party in my home next Saturday, and Thursday, the 29th,and I have 1 more party booked for the 24th. I am also calling preffered customers to get referrals-My goal is to get at least 25 new customers this month through referrals, who I will facial. I will book at least 2 parties from each party that I hold, and I am working on getting 6 more parties on my books for the month. I also am planning to share the $50 starter kit with 3 or more prospects a week.

ReplyDelete1.

2) Today I seemed like every woman I seen I talked about MK, a little out of my comfort zone, kinda felt like weird.
3) I would have gotten on the phone, but I had a tone of errands to do since I put them off the last few days.

ReplyDelete1. I got many new contacts by working at the auburn home show
2. I solicited my business to every woman who walked by (scary for me)
ReplyDeleteWOW!! What AMAZING INFORMATION!!! It is still technically Friday, so I followed through with all my postings this week. Looking forward to Voucher #3 and beating my Best Week Ever.

ReplyDelete(Tracy Sanchez) I have BIG goals for October and although I am nervous about them, I am also excited about the opportunities accomplishing them will bring.
ReplyDeleteIn October, I will put the product on 40 faces.
