Thanks Lia for the instruction on posting a comment-a few of us thought we were getting old because we couldn't figure out the technology! LOL. What did I do to get closer to my goal?-Held a 5 skincare class weekend, which that in itself was outside of my comfort zone. Next time I would spread the classes out a bit. The scheduled times were set to close together which made me feel as if I rushed through the close. Today I scheduled a day for warm chatter-YIKES!! Way out of my box. Don't like doing it...but know its part of the package.
ReplyDeleteAccountability:
ReplyDelete1) Today I followed up with 3 clients and delivered product reorders to 3 customers.

(Tracy Sanchez) Ahhh, today completed voucher #1 and the beginning of voucher #2. Not sure if I am supposed to leave a comment starting tonight or tomorrow, but thought I would write just to be sure. Today, I worked my booty off to get bookings, guest to Lily's event & reorders. I feel like this whole process has allowed me to get out of my comfort zone of hiding behind the computer and helped me grow personally. I feel like I did everything possible to reach my goals today and am really proud of my accomplishments!

Sidenote: I will not be working tomorrow because I am taking the day off due to my son's surgery. Please keep Wyatt in your prayers. He is getting his tonsils and adenoids out.
1. I arranged to deliver orders tomorrow, asked 2 people to be silent hostesses, coached a hostess, registered for Lily's debut and invited a friend
ReplyDelete2. Asking about the silent hostess parties were out of my comfort zone because they both had parties planned that canceled because of schedules that were too busy so I don't want to be pushy.
3. I still had 2 people I planned to contact today but didn't
1. Made calls for guest list/follow up calls. Registered for Lily's debut(plus 1 guest)Studied 8 point close & skin care class
ReplyDelete2. Called and recieved confirmation on giving facials(practice)
3. Spent more time studying, less time cleaning my house.

ReplyDeleteThanks for praying for Wyatt Lia. He is doing better. He is a bit cranky and wanting everything to eat that he "can't" have. It is so hard to understand at 3 years old. I'll return tomorrow!
Accountability for today....
ReplyDelete1) Today I made more check up calls, out of that got 2 more guests to come to Lily's debut and booked an update facial and a party!!
2) Today I went outside my comfort zone by talking to a girl from work who never would talk to me because she sold "Brand X" and was always a little snooty....but I broke her down!! Used my MK skills and actaully had her opening up to me....she won't try MK yet....yet!! :)
3) I could have been more productive today if I would called some of the names and numbers I collected over the weekend, I feel its a little too early????
1)Today I did a little talk before the mother/daughter makeovers at our church. Hopefully picked up a few customers.
ReplyDelete2) Out of my comfort zone was dressing sharp when everyone at the makeover today was in pants. And wearing my pin.
3)I could have made a delivery today and an on the go, but put it off till tomorrow.
1. Today I sent out a mass text asking for help with my shares, bribing with product of course. :-)
ReplyDelete2) I went out of my comfort zone and asked family members who I think will laugh at me or think I'm silly for doing this "Mary Kay thing". But I asked and 3 out of 5 of them said "yes". :-)
3) Once again, I should have done it SOONER. That seems to be my answer for everything!!!
1. Today I made a plan of action for the next few days.
ReplyDelete2. I spoke to my neighbor who is about to loose her house if she would like to do a share and she was not interested. This was out of my comfort zone because I know she is in need of help and I didn't want to offend her.
3. I should have done a bit more for the business today but was unable to b/c my son is not doing the greatest after his surgery and I was really worried about him.
1. Today I held a "sharing party" and signed up a new team member!
ReplyDelete2. I went out of my comfort zone by wearing my pins in front of people that I thought would make fun of me. I don't like to be laughed at! :-)
3. I had a hectic day and generally don't do a whole lot of MK stuff during the days on Thursdays, HOWEVER, I realized that I spend a LOT of time in the car and probably should have utilized that more for phone calling. It didn't occur to me until I was almost done driving... but I did get a few calls in.
I've a very hectic 3 days but, those are excuses!! I handed out 1 silent hostess packet, talked with a new contact who is interested in signing up as a consultant, invited her, and she excepted to come to our focus meeting on Monday. I really didn't do anything out of my comfort zone these 3 days. I sent out reminders for my launch party. And I called a few clients to see how they were doing with the product. I should have handed out more silent hostess packets and tried some new contacts (did I mention that I didn't do anything outside of my comfort zone?)I also listen to the booking call that our NSD Cathy Phillips put on Thursday eve.
ReplyDeleteI figured late was better than never! I know I won't get the points for blogging, but I'll feel better if I at least do one.

ReplyDeleteMy October Goal is to do 30 faces. I am going to make sure I have at least 1 guest every unit meeting night and I will hold 2-3 classes per week. I will continue to get 1-2 leads each day.
I want to recruit at least 1 girl this month, I will hold 5 interviews with my director this month. We'll see how all this goes and feels. :)
