Pacesetter Voucher 4 Discussion Question- DAY 1

What is your team building goal this month, what would your commission check look like (Assume $1,000 per new team member, and use the 4%, 9%, 13% tiers- which one will you be?), and where would this put you at on target for your goal?

    what an exciting question.. have not thought about that. well my goal for october is 5 new team members. wooo hoo. so if i did it correctly my commission check with just those new members by themself.. it would be $650.00. then add my current team members that would be a grand total of $1040.00. USING THE 13%.. maxamzing my commission check. That would definitely put me into Red Jacket and Team Leader. As I understand. That is exciting,,, and that is not even including my total sales profit. "Thank you for asking that question Lia, that has got me THINKING and dreaming. That was good. So excited!!!!!

    My team member goal for this month is at least 5 active new team members. Thus, my commission will be 13% and the amount will be $650. Plus the $50 team building bonus (which I think is per team member) so that would be $250. I would enter car qualification, I could go to the Red Jacket retreat, and I would receive an extra $900 a month. Now that I see this in writing, I am very excited and looking forward to making this goal happen.

    (Tracy Sanchez) My team building goal is to add 5 new team members and have them all go in qualified to maximize my commission! By all of them going in qualified with at least $1000 order it would put me back into car qualification and help me finish out my first month strong! So exciting of the potential! Here I come!!!

    I just signed my first new team member tonight. So excited. My goal is to sign 3 to 5 more. So, if I signed 5 total my commission check would be in the 9% range which would be around $450. I can handle that. My goal this month is to have a Red Jacket. This would definitely put me there.

    My Goal this month is to have 5 more team members and that would almost put me into DIQ, so I better just for it and go for 6!!I would be at least at $900. I can certainly live with that amount. WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEW, I better get on the ball. This is definately the mont to make this happen. :)

    Yey, great question! You really have me thinking. With this promotion, my goal is to have 5 new team members. That would put me at 9, and future director! Woo Hoo! I would have $50 each x 5 = $250, and commission would be $650 on them, and at least $100 on my current team. So total commission and bonus would be $1,000!
    Oh, that would put me on target for a car too!

    My Goal for October is to add my first team member. That's $40 in commission for now but the plan is one a month. Of course I'd love to do more but I'm being realistic and optimistic in adding 1. I can't wait to have my first team member and plan to add at least one each month after that.

    My goal is for 5 new team members so I can be red jacket again and on target for car! I'm very excited in my business and I'm ready for it ALL! 

    My goal for October is 4 more team members (it was to get to 5 but I got to 4 in the first 5 days of October, so I changed the goal)! My commission would be $1,040 (plus $50 team building bonus) and this would also put me in DIQ!!!

    My goal for October would be to sign 3 new recruits total commission would be $450 for the month.
    But looking at this amount, why would I not go for the 5 recruits for October and get $650 plus 250 recruiting bonus for a grand total of $900. And just keep adding to that every month for directorship!!

    My October goal has just changed...I was playing it safe and said 1 before, I am changing that to 5....seeing everything coming together from this Pacestters class is amazing. I just recruited 2 at Lily's event tonite!!! Whoo Hoo!! I've always just been a Red Jacket, don't really know all the details of what next.....thats why I'm here, please share. I have 3 active on my team 3 inactive

    1. My team building goal this month is 2 new team members, which would bring me to five, and if they averaged one thousand each, I believe my commision would be I believe 13% for being a team leader and giving me 650 in commission and on target for having more inventory, and building up my team to go into car qualification. It's a good question and gets you thinking of how much more you can do, and how close it is when you build up a strong team. Which I will be focuing on as well as classes. I have one more team member to get active and I will be a red jacket, and get to go to the red jacket retreit. But by the end of the month my goal is definitly team leader

    My goal is 5 new for the month ($5000)and to motivate current team members (at least $500). This will keep me ON-TARGET for my car, put me into DIQ and my love check will be $965. Get excited!

    I am so sorry I was having issues w/ my internet and was only allowed to post via my cell and was unable to post to the blog.

    My goal is to be in my red jacket by the end of the month. I am so excited to try and to this. I think October will be a great month to achieve this goal. :)

    I know I missed the points- no excuses! But I'd like to answer the question anyhow... my team building goal is to have 4 new team members this month- that will put my commission check @ $520 if I place a qualified order myself.. I'll be on target for my car! woo hoo!!

    My team-building goal this month is to add 5 new active team members. That would get me a commission check of $650 from new team members alone. That is something to get excited about. I will also be on target for my car!

    My goal is 3 new active members. My commission would be 120. I would then be a red jacket, working to 5 new active team members.

    My goal for october is to finish my sharing appointments have at least 1 or 2 new team members. I am being realistic and this would be 40-80 in commison.
