    Hi Lia, My goal this month is to have 5 new team members. My commission would be around $200. With the team I have now, this would bring me to almost half my goal of 12 team members by Dec. 15.

    I am posting before I go to my JOB this morning. Loved the Debut last night, WOW to be among all those fantastic women - such incredible energy. Regarding the goal -- I will add two more team members this month which will bring me to five. My commission check will be around $400. My target goal is to have a team of eight by November.

    Discussion Question Day 3:

    Although I did find the class VERY motivational I do plan to use many of the tools! I plan to increase my inventory on a credit card and have new thinking about it being and asset, not a debt. I've been trying to increase it slowly over time but keep running into the problem of not having what I need. The simple money management is fantastic, not sure how to start mid-year but figuring it out. I used a quickly modified version of the simple opening at my last class and it worked so much better than the flip chart!!! Plan to master it and use it for at least the next 3 months. I also plan to regularly use the party bag method to get bookings and the queen/princess bag to boost sales.

    Using the tools we have received here, is amazing they are each a "challenge" to complete, as I did not reach each and everyone. I will keep using each voucher, until I COMPLETE each one. As well as unitl I reach my personal SET GOALS I have created in these classes. I will not stop till I reach my goal... I am doing marykay for my family, so they can have their mother back,,, my four kids deserve that. I deserve that. i will master the simple close and I will master owning my classes. So excited to see what the future holds for me.. reaching each of my goals, I pretty much have a pretty good idea! So excited!
